I had an amazing stay at Aparthotel Adagio, might even be the best hotel I have stayed at in the UK! I stayed before and after going to Glastonbury festival and I was super impressed. The hotel is located near to Birmingham New Street (10 minute walk) therefore super easy to get to. The staff were all incredibly friendly, especially Linda who was managing breakfast on my first visit. She was so incredibly friendly and treated every customer like she had known them for years, all while delivering excellent service! Speaking of breakfast, the food was amazing and I was really impressed with the selection. I told Linda and the person on reception when I checked out that I would be back the following week after the festival and was surprised on my return with a free room upgrade! I couldn't believe my luck and the generosity of the staff. I was travelling on my own but it would also be great for families as rooms were kitted out with a kitchen area and were very spacious. I also noticed there were children's books and toys in the reception area, along with the availability of refreshments and Toiletries to purchase so you wouldn't need to go out and buy some. Thank you for making my stay at Aparthotel Adagio so incredibly memorable and amazing from start to finish. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here!

To be honest I didn't know what to expect and really only chose it due to its proximity to the O2 Institute. I was pleasantly surprised. Check in was easy and the staff very helpful, the room was really spacious and had everything we needed , especially the kitchen area. The breakfast was a real surprise and the photos on the website don't do it justice. Was expecting just a simple continental breakfast but there was a full cooked selection, that was excellent quality, as well as anything else you could think of from cereals, pastries, various breads, to cakes, cooked meats, cheeses, fruit and even a machine to boil your own eggs. The member off staff on hand was a real joy and a credit to the hotel, you have a star there btw. If you're looking for a hotel in the city centre then look no further. Plus if you're going to a concert at the O2 institute like we were, it's only 3 mins walk away.

Superb room. Neat little kitchen with everything you could need to self cater including crockery, pots and pans, things to wash up with and even a dishwasher. a pocket door means you can seal it off from the bedroom to avoid cooking smells. Adequate storage in the room and extra pillows. We had a twin so the beds were both singles. City centre but quite and room very dark so easy to sleep. Offered a choice of floor, we went for the 6th. Nice bathroom with double size shower. Very comfortable and for the money excellent value. There's even a little shop in the lobby for essentials and ready meals. We didn't have the option breakfast as at £15 we thought this was expensive (it's all you can eat but we still didn't feel we'd eat £15 worth if food) as a bonus they have a luggage room so once you check-out you can leave your bags.

We arrived at around 2340pm, we were let in by Waz and the person whom checked us is was Maron. - Both friendly guys, Maron explained how things work really well! Waz gave us recommendations of local shops that were open at that time, and also engaged in conversation. Made us feel welcomed. The room was nice and clean, they provide extra blankets and pillows if needed. At breakfast we were greeted by Ari, also very friendly and made us our omelettes to perfection. She was alone and managed to accommodate every guest. She also helped our children with the football game they have. We went for the late checkout option, which was also a great option to have.

The location is perfect, about 2mins walk from the Bullring shopping centre. Staff were very friendly and quick to help, Linda in particular was a delight. This is my third time staying at this location and I’d recommend it to anybody. While we were checking in another guest was complaining about something outside of staffs control and they (Linda and Coco) handled it with patience and professionalism. Rooms come equipped with everything you could need and there are self service laundry services available too.
